Hello friends! I have been on a huge prison hyper fixation these days. The criminality, the loss of self, gang initiation/ violence, race politics, and the primitive nature of being incarcerated. I’d love to find a book that scratches this itch, fiction or non-fiction. I love psychological thrillers/ memoirs/ anything somewhat spooky.
Separately- would love any movie/ documentary/ podcast recs on this topic as well.
