Rigorous, In-Depth, Exhaustive Book about the Nazi’s Final Solution

As the title says, I’m looking for a rigorous, in-depth, exhaustive book that is an analysis of how the Nazis arrived at the Final solution, how they carried it out, and how they constructed work camps and death camps.

I want a book that’s analogous to a college textbook on the matter.
