NO SPOILERS HERE. I’ve finished “Never lie”, and I’m not gonna lie I’ve read it fast, it hooked me but I hated it. I’m not gonna give any spoilers but I hated the twist, not like “oh I hate what happened to my favorite character but the ending makes sense and it’s good”, I hated it because the twist ruined not just the ending but the whole book. It makes me sad because I had really high hopes about the author’s books. Now I want to read some good thriller that I can’t put down and get me hooked like “Never Lie” did but that’s actually good, I can appreciate a good old classic but I think I’d rather read something written at least after 2000.
