My friend has started really getting into reading. I'm not much of a reader myself but I'd like to get her a series as a christmas present. I know she has recently read the empyrean series, red rising, and is starting ACOTAR. I believe she enjoys the romantasy genre, but also would enjoy something thrilling/distopian. Any suggestions would be great, thank you!

From Blood and Ash series by Jennifer Armentrout would be perfect! It’s got that romantasy vibe with dystopian elements she seems to love. The romance is *chef’s kiss* and the plot twists are insane.
