Fantasy or adventure series

Pretty much the title. Looking for a series that has themes of adventure or something about seeking treasure, pretty much exactly like One Piece

On the other hand, would also be down for any awesome fantasy series with rich world building and adventure, with similar vibes to Skyrim or LOTR
