One of my guilty pleasures (besides reading itself and accumulating books I haven’t read) is hearing about the reading projects and plans of other people. I realize some people are mood readers and don’t make plans for their reading. However, for those of you who do make tentative plans and reading projects I would love to hear what your reading plans are for 2026.
My tentative plans are:

Read at least 52 books

Reading the unread books I already own

My ongoing Booker Prize Winner Project in which I try to read the winners of the Booker Prize.

Maybe a Roman history project where I try to read one nonfiction or primary source book on some aspect of Roman history each month this year.
