I have a younger brother, 21, who studies IT and is rather withdrawn and introverted. From an outside perspective, it seems like he has trouble understanding and expressing his emotions, as well as communicating with others. I'm thinking of gifting him a non-fiction book that explores emotions and human psychology, to encourage him and spark his interest in these topics. I'd like it to be something that's not too overwhelming. But I'd also like to avoid literature that promotes a grindset worldview and similar values, like a lot of popular psychology self-help literature nowdays, I think? I'm not very familiar with such books myself, so I might be wrong. Can you give me some ideas? Thank you in advance!
