What are the CLASSICS for fiction books (for someone who never read books as a hobby!)

The only books i ever read (willingly) are mangas and essays ! I want to start reading regular fiction books as a hobby, so im currently reading "the knight and the moth" wich I find pretty average even tho the plot is nice, I noticed that goodreads only recommend me rlly recent/trendy stuff.

I'm thinking of reading real classics that are fun to read but not too hard for a begginer…
I don't know what i like yet, so i take any field ! (romance is always appreciated though!!)
