I really enjoyed this story! It was a tad bit too short but beautifully conveyed the needed. I faced no difficulties with the language or with imagining the setting, it was a fairly simple and extremely familiar one. I can see an advert being filmed or presented in the paper, via this story somehow!
The protagonist's financial career runs rather short, starting and ending with his brief, nervous, first-and-last-time bank visit.
An amusing tale, one you could narrate at parties for banter, and a very fun read overall. I loved the author's writing style and how the protagonist's experience is detailed – with the thoughts running through his mind written out.
