So, I'm running this sort of book discussion forum on Discord where people can discuss books they have learned from or read before within a list I make or by request, mostly about storytelling and the writing craft. Almost all the books are about novel storytelling, for example, Story Engineering by Larry Brooks and The Story Grid by Shawn Coyne. But I really want to curate a diverse library of literature to be discussed by new members to learn more about story, and my current list is lacking in variety for different levels and stages and types of stories and structure.
Really, I'm specifically looking for beginner level and expert level craft books on anything writing, but also that talk about a range of mediums. (Dramatic plays, screenplays, graphic novels, highly illustrated projects, short films, etc.) I have quite a bit of intermediate level writing books, but again, most members I assume are coming from various leveling stages in their life.
Anything popular is fine, but if you have a more niche resource, I'm fine with it too. Currently, I have ideas, but not a lot.
