Looking for a worthwhile book, that's about living a mindful life, living in a moment, finding joy in the day-to-day even if it's less-than-ideal. Alternatively, books about living a simple life or simplifying life.
While I'm looking for something that treats this as a main subject and not an adjacent one, I'm mostly looking for a high quality read.
Think more "A Guide to the Good Life: The Ancient Art of Stoic Joy" or "Man's Search for Meaning" and less Ryan Holiday stuff or "The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F****". Not that I dislike the latter – this is not meant as an elitist offense. I'm just finding more value in the less contemporary art lately.
