Hi everyone!
I’m trying to get back into reading after a bit of a slump, and I’m looking for books that are addictive, binge-worthy, and hard to put down. Im looking for:
Stories that make me emotionally invested in the characters
Books with plot twists that aren’t too predictable
Banter (doesn’t have to be romantic)
Easy to visualize scenes and good pacing
At this moment, I’m open to anything within fantasy and/or sci-fi. (Not YA.. If it is YA, it has to be closer to adult).
The dream is to find a series I literally can’t put down. Any recommendations?

Bear Town series, Fredrick Backman
I devoured The Lies of Locke Lamora after a slump—fantasy heist with unforgettable banter, twists that shocked me, and characters I’d follow anywhere. Perfect pacing, too!

Not Dead Yet by Holly Jackson, Author of A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder.
I enjoyed this book and have previously enjoyed other holly jackson books. some of the plot twists are guessable but i really enjoyed it either way.
