Hello !!! I'm looking for books w/ a similar vibe to that show, if there are any. To give more specifics, I guess a book that takes place near the ocean w/ steampunk vibes & has a gritty/darker tone & a gloomy vibe, w/ an MC that has far too much unwavering joy & whimsy for where they live & what they have/will go through, if that makes sense ? I hope this makes sense, open to any recs, I enjoy all genres except heavy "spice"/erotica [no hate just not my cup of tea at this time] :]
