Disturbing/best thrillers & YA fiction based on mental health

I would love a suggestions for both categories. I’m a new reader and would love to get into more thrillers. I’m 21 by the way so I can handle the more graphic stuff. Don’t hesitate to reply! I’d love any and all recommendations
