Camus is a good place to start, I think, if you are interested specifically in reading philosophical fiction. However, I wouldn’t really recommend him to someone who has never read a book. What sort of manga do you like? I often read on r/fantasy that *Cradle – Will Wight* is perfect for fans transitioning from comics /anime to books. I loved it; it is a very easy and fun read, and it shares many themes and tropes that are popular in manga. It’s not philosophical or psychological like you asked for but I do believe it an excellent entry point into reading.
If you want something more classical, then *Catcher in the Rye* or *The Outsider*s are two novels I read around your age that are notable for getting young men into reading. Jane Austen, perhaps, had a similar effect on young woman.
