To those who are into psychology/social behaviour related books
Could you recommend me your best reads ? I have read The 48 laws of power as my first and I'm currently newbie when it comes to books so I would appreciate any book that had good impact on you
“The School of Life” by Alain de Botton et al, is an excellent philosophical and sociological exploration into the different realms of our lives (e.g. self, others, work, etc.). It’s broken up into anecdotes and subsections in a way that’s digestible and allows for sporadic readings. I’ll usually read a few sections before bed or in the morning and then toss the ideas around a bit.

Dopamine Nation is my absolute favorite so far
