Best books to learn Spanish if you’re still learning

I’m trying to get better at Spanish by reading books in Spanish but I’m overwhelmed by all the options.

I’m currently just watching a lot of Spanish movies and learning from Duolingo and spanish emails from Phrase Cafe. I want to add more layers to my routine.

I don’t want something too academic. I want stories that are actually enjoyable while still being useful for learning.

I’m 17 and open to young adult novels, short stories, or books commonly read in Spanish-speaking countries.
