Fighting with my mental health for a while, Matt Haigs non-fiction books **”The Comfort Book”** and **”Reasons to Stay Alive”** made me feel seen and yeah, comforted.
They are not self-help or therapeutic books, but he talks about his mental health and depression in such a personal and accepting way that it deeply touched me.
