My niece is 14 and requested “classic books or mythology books” for Christmas. Does anyone have any suggestions? She is a huge Harry Potter fan, so anything with similar vibes would be great. Nothing with graphic sexual content please.

The Once and Future King by TH White for one of the ultimate storytellings of King Arthur; I loved it at that age. Obviously there is some sexual content, but it’s not graphic, more implied, if memory serves. Hard to avoid with some of the classics (and certainly in mythology).
