Looking for books specifically dealing with the process and outcome of things like taxing billionaires, basic income programs, feeding and hosing our poor people, etc. Think Bernie Sanders as a fiction author. What would happen if America's government started redirecting money to the bottom instead of the top. Specifically looking for a "what if" fictional story starting from current(ish) times, but honestly, I'll take anything you've got.
