Feminine male characters of this criteria: do they exist?

Hi! As the title says I'm looking for stories with Feminine Male characters in media that fit the following criteria below:

The character primarily feminine in gender expression, hobbies, mannerisms etc, and mostly wears femme clothing (that where ever the live is considered feminine).

The character is a cis man, everyone knows the character is a man and the character himself identifies as so, there's no ambiguity on this.

The character was not raised to be a woman, just feminine out of personal choice and want.

They are feminine and like such things. This is something he don't consider a hobby. Its just who he is.

He is solely feminine out of his own agency.
He is at no point under a disguise (wheter be that by himself or parents etc) or is feminine throigh other non genuine means). (Please try to keep to this!)

The character is feminine in the context of the story, they may wear or be feminine in our world but if that's not considered feminine in the character's world then it's not something I'm looking for.

The character is of average height for a guy where he's from, he's not particularly tall nor short. He's not particularly muscular nor skinny.

There are no fantastical powers or forces affecting why he dress or acts the way he is. (Powers and fantasy can still exist in the story though).

The character is pretty/somewhat relevant in the story.

The story is sfw (atleast somewhere there im pretty vanilla xd).

It can be from any piece of media, Novel, Manga, Comic, Graphic Novel etc

lastly feel free to recommend something that doesn't 100% fit the criteria if its close. I just want to have more things to look at!
