Thanks for everyone who responded to my readalongs post a couple of weeks ago – some great links and suggestions. There are a couple of readalongs that are already in progress for books I'd like to read so I've opted to take the schedule and update it for 2026. I need to double check if any are restarting for January but, if not, I'm going to apply to same bitesize approach to these chunky books and work my way through them over the course of the year.
If anyone is interested, I'm going to read The Count of Monte Cristo, War and Peace, Anna Karenina, and Les Misérables, and will link my personal schedule in the comments. Unsure if it's madness to do all four at once but the daily/weekly breakdowns feel manageable – any insight is greatly appreciated.
I'm going to visit my local (usually very well stocked) charity shops this afternoon so the list may grow if I find anything similar to add.
