I recently did something awful, like, truly atrocious. Unforgivable. It was so bad, I felt so guilty, that I ended up checking myself into the Psyche Ward for suicidal ideation related to guilt.
Now that I'm out, I'm focusing on letting go of guilt without forgetting what I've done, and trying my absolute best to be a better person. Please give me some recommendations to help with this.
