I recently read this and I adored it. I'm looking for any books that also star Indigenous or, I guess you'd say Latine character/s like this, especially set against a texas backdrop. Any genre and contents are fine, doesn't need to be YA or even fiction, I'm just really looking for more books where the culture/s involved are very heavily prominent. I especially loved the family/community focus. I think I'm mainly looking for books written by actual Indigenous/Latine people, but if you know of something truly exceptional in this vein I'd like to check it out. Thank you!
