I have a friend let's call her Sarah. Sarah is in her mid twenties she doesn't speak English (while most around her do), she didn't find luck in dating or career, she believes that she's less beautiful, and less intelligent than most people around her. All that make Sarah feels completely useless and have low self-esteem.
