I want to read more this year so I'm looking for books with similar vibes. I really adore this book. Something about it feels very unique, maybe the perspective of the characters or their situation, I'm not sure but I want more.

Klara and the Sun by the same author
Station Eleven by Emily St John Mandel
Piranesi by Susanna Clarke
The Bone Clocks by David Mitchell
Nothing to See Here/Now is not the Time to Panic by Kevin Wilson
I read *Never Let Me Go* at around the same time as *Flowers for Algernon* by Daniel Keyes, so for me they now go together. Both hit me in the feels, and are “soft sci fi”, in that they’re more about people, feelings, etc, rather than being overly bothered about the science facts, or being packed with robots and lasers.
The book of guilt by Catherine Chidgy.
