My fellow highlighters, what do you do with them?

When I read passages I like, I will screenshot them or take a photo so I end up with a lot of these in my photo library.

I never usually do anything with them but this year I thought I would collate them all into one document. Then I noted the theme of each one and made a summary of what on that basis seemed to most call to me or preoccupy me last year, so I can kind of take that with me into this year. It was a really nice exercise actually.

I just wondered what other highlighters do with that information once highlighted?
