My favorite genres are distopian fiction, horror and true crime. So naturally a lot of what I've been reading lately has been super downer. I want to start the new year off with something lighter and happier, even motivational.
I don't normally read books like that so I don't even know where to start.
Bonus points if its a true story/memoire but fiction is totally fine too
