I read a book a long time ago and I can’t remember the name or story of it. I remember it started out talking about the Pony Express and giving a little info about it. The protagonist works as a ranch hand or stable worker and later works on the Pony Express I think. I read it in middle school so it was probably an easy read and not very long.
