Looking for a book about life choices, and the consequences of the choices made (for example: certain potential life paths opening and others closing due to the choice(s) made). Kinda like Everything Everywhere All At Once vibes but in book format. Doesn’t necessarily need to be alternative universe plot (though that would be fine); just something that, at the end, I’m going to think to myself “wow, I am grateful for my life.”
