I'm looking for books to help me feel more relaxed socially, to think less about how others perceive me and to be myself more. Maybe books that can break down the psychology behind this intense social fear and then give tips on how to overcome it would be interesting. Books that have actually made you have a different perspective and ultimately made you act differently. Reading this type of books now is particularly important to me since I will be going on Erasmus soon. Any recommendations? Thanks in advance
