Some people say plays are meant to be performed and not read, but I love reading plays. It's like you get to act out all the parts in your head.
I'm currently reading The Importance of Being Earnest by Oscar Wilde (which I didn't even know was a play when i downloaded it) and it is one of the funniest peices of literature I've ever read. I also went through most of Shakespeare's plays last year, and the genius was palpable.
What plays would you recommend people to read?
