i love the grace year a whole ton, and ive read other similar books such as wilder girls, the spirit bares it’s teeth, and sawkill girls! im always looking for books like these because its a genre that i fall in love with over and over again, but whenever i look for books similar to these they usually arent as similar as id like.
what i love with these books is:
– a feminist story with a patriarchy being challenged
– survival, in the shape of being hunted, an apocalypse, wildnerness survival (heavy on that!) etc
– groups of girls being isolated and the hierarchies that form // cults
– girl friendships <3
