Started watching Carnival Row on prime, and I’m really enjoying the concept. To my disappointment it wasn’t a book first.
I’m hoping to find a book with the titles description. I typically enjoy dark fantasy. Romance is a bonus, but not required. Some examples of books I love are:
Mistborn
Stormlight Archives
Wheel of Time(The first book specifically)
Empire of the Vampire & Empire of the Damned
Lord of The Rings
The Grishaverse, book 1 & 2
I **do not** like anything written specifically by Sarah J. Maas. I know that’s going to upset a lot of people, but I found her writing to be rather hallow.
