Comfort romance (or pregnancy) books, ideally available as audiobooks

I'm not at all well and I would like to nap for the next week. I'm looking for a book to listen to about either a romance or someone who's pregnant (I'm open to queer romance, mpreg, omegaverse, alien pregnancy, whatever) who's having a good time. Perhaps they're recovering from something or building something, but the antagonists aren't about to commit an atrocity. All my usual favourites have fairly high stakes and the villains are much more intense than I want right now. Happy endings only, please.

I like fantasy, sci-fi, and just about every genre except war novels.
