Nonfiction books: queer history in Colonial America, lavender marriages, and the history of Nevada Territory/State

As the title says, I am looking for credible books on the following topics:

Queer History in Colonial America – I would love specifically focused on Boston/New England, but general East Coast area would be great (not sure how much specific research as been done focusing on areas)

Any books on lavender marriages. I know this topic tends to focus on Hollywood in the 20th century, but I would love any reading about lavender marriages in the 19th century (I know the term wasn't coined until later)

Another kind of niche topic but books focusing on the history of the state of Nevada before and shortly after statehood in 1865.
