I’m 31 years old, high school graduate. Diagnosed adhd when I was a kid, currently medicated. Learned to read early, always liked books growing up, spent lots of time at the library borrowing and reading books even now I probably read about 5 books a year. I’d love to improve that number, but I’m struggling. I’m one of those people who can say “that’s my favorite book” but can’t tell you anything about it. I want to read more classics and literature, but I feel like an idiot. I started an Agatha Christie novel. Got bored a few pages in. Same with catcher in the Rye. I picked up Wuthering Heights the other day and I’m reading the words but nothing is sticking. These are high school level books!what would you suggest to improve on this??
