Screenwriter here just wanting more information inspiration and just trying to read more in general this year! Looking for single author short fiction collections that swing more towards thriller, mystery, small-town drama, and historical fiction. I’m a big fan or stories that explore the ripple effects and morality of the choices people make. For example, I’m a big fan of Korean master filmmaker Lee Chang-Dong and read a couple of his short stories.
