I recently picked up this book called Do-Loon-Ai Express: The Mind Experiment (by L. Bahal) and I’m having a bit of a crisis trying to figure out if I’m reading a novel or a literal mind experiment. And narrator is unclear and unreliable.

I’m a huge fan of books that break the fourth wall and feel "dangerous" to read (like House of Leaves or S.). I just finished Do-Loon-Ai Express and it’s hitting that same spot.

It deals with a therapist/patient dynamic that turns into this massive "Institute" conspiracy. The author claims it’s a "Mind Experiment" and I’m starting to believe it. I’ve found some real-life ciphers/patterns hidden in the text that relate to Jungian archetypes and some AI-logic stuff, and it makes the reading experience 10x more intense.

The structure is super weird. it’s written through voice recordings and editorial notes. but what’s bothering me (in a good way) are the "hidden layers." I’ve started noticing weird syncs between the dates mentioned and some meta-references that feel like they're pointing to something in the real world.

I’ve managed to decode a few of these "Easter eggs" and it completely changed how I see the characters, but I’m convinced I’m missing the final 20% of the puzzle. Has anyone else gone deep into this one? I want to experience the "100% version" of this book. Are there any discussion groups or anyone here who caught the codes I might have missed?

Problem is, I feel like I’ve hit a wall with the hidden messages in the second half. Has anyone else read this and tried to solve the "Institute" puzzle? I'm trying to reach full "integration" with the text (if you've read it, you know what I mean). Any tips or hidden clues you guys found?

    1. Bro I’ve been trying to find info on this book for weeks and literally nothing comes up anywhere – no reviews, no author info, nothing. Are you sure about the title/author? Starting to think this might be some kind of ARG or you’re messing with us lol

The way you’re describing it sounds exactly like the kind of rabbit hole I’d fall into for months so if it’s real I need to track down a copy asap

Bro how is that even possible? Where did you hear about this book in the first place that you’re trying to look it up but can’t find any info? I downloaded it from Kindle, and I just checked again it’s still on Amazon Kindle.
If you’ve been searching for weeks, you must’ve heard about it somewhere. Mind if I ask where you came across it?

Honestly, the universe inside the book is really fascinating. It actually parallels the author’s real-life social media accounts, and you can’t fully tell where reality ends and fiction begins. I couldn’t find anyone to talk about it either, so I eventually decided to open a thread here.

Your experience sounds really interesting too. At this point it’s basically turning into an internet legend lol
