Lou Reeds ‘Berlin’ album, Pogues in general

Can someone rec me a book that deals with the misfits of society, drunks, sex workers, drug addiction, prostitution, depression, domestic violence, and suicide and everything between like the artists above? My fav books always deal with this and I have read a bunch. Junkie, Last Exit to Brooklyn, Down and Out in Paris, Shuggie Bain etc. Would love to know more… extra points for something from a non US country that deals with the above in a secific cultural way. IE in Asutralia we have 'Candy'. That kinda vibe. Thanks!
