Hey all!
I’ve been fascinated with the cultural shifts of the 60s/70s since I was a kid, and have in the years since, read my fair share of books about that era.
Currently I’m reading A Long Strange Trip, the more-or-less-Official biography of the Grateful Dead, and it’s frequent mentions of the similar cultural shifts “across the pond”, has made me realize I don’t think I’ve come across a book about that perspective!
I’m looking for something perhaps in the style of Heads by Jesse Jarnow if it exists (I also enjoyed What the Dormouse Said, which focused on the computer innovations of the period as well).
Thanks!
