I recently finished "What Lies Between Us" by John Marrs, "The Good Lie" by A.R. Torre, and "Look Closer" by David Ellis, and was not impressed by either one. In fact, in the last few months or so I have yet to read a thriller that I actually really enjoyed, and would score at least 4 stars out of 5. Any standouts from the following list as my next read? TIA!
- Tim Green – Exact Revenge
- Ashley Elston – First Lie Wins
- Eva Bjorg Aegisdottir – Home Before Dark
- Dan Wells – I am Not a Serial Killer
- Barry Lyga – I Hunt Killers
- Tana French – In the Woods
- Jennifer Hillier – Jar of Hearts
- Steve Cavanagh – Kill For Me Kill For You
- Mary Kubica – Local Woman Missing
- Riley Sager – Lock Every Door
- Don Winslow – The Power of the Dog
- Karin Slaughter – Pretty Girls
- Dot Hutchison – The Butterfly Garden
- Adrian McKinty – The Chain
- Allen Eskens – The Life We Bury
- Kimi Cunningham Grant – These Silent Woods
- Louisa Luna – Two Girls Down
- Meg Gardiner – Unsub
- Stefan Ahnhem – Victim Without a Face
- P.J. Tracy – Want to Play?
