Finished lotr a bit ago and i have been looking for a high fantasy book/s and I would appreciate some recomendations. It can be a grand quest across multiple countries or a bunch of silly guys doing silly things, as long as it scratches that fantasy itch its good. However there is a few things I dont want in the books and because of this i havent been able to get good finds in the local book store.
I dont want:
– heavy political themes (lets keep it Skyrim storyline simple)
– romance (light romance is okay )
– rape (If its like ''this is bad guy, he kills and robs and rapes'' but its in no way mentioned again its okay ,but otherwise i hate it as much as AM hates humanity)
Every other form of gore and torture and whatever is okay. The main characters dont have to be good guys, they can be a band of silly goblin highwaymen or an evil necromancer trying to raise an army of undead. Thank you in advance

The most disappointing moment of my life was when I realized that no other fantasy book was remotely as good as LOTR.
Lois McMaster Bujold, particularly Curse of Chalion. Guy Gavriel Kay, tho I do think he has some sexual violence occasionally, ymmv. The Dragonriders of Pern by Anne Mccaffery (first book has one instance of dub-con)
uhhh the hobbit?? the silmarillion? otherwise there is only cheap imitation of Tolkien, no one stands his equal here
