I really enjoyed Ursula le Guin's "The Dispossessed" and Dune and im interested in very captivating and well developed, satisfying worlds with cool politics and ideologies and stuff as well as actual settings
If you haven’t read the Bartimaeus trilogy, I think you’ll love it. Excellent world building and character development in a world filled with magic, politics and spirits. Hilariously written. Witty and gripping.

I really like Adrian Tchaikovsky’s **Tyrant Philosphers** series. It’s got a really interesting world, and each novel takes place in a different location with a mostly new cast, but you see the threads of one big story running through the whole series, with repercussions from earlier novels affecting new characters elsewhere. Interesting settings and societies, and very focused on politics and clashing ideologies.
