One of the book challenges I’m doing this year (Taylor Swift Reading Challenge) requires a coming-of-age book for February. What are some of your favorites?
For reference, one of my favorite authors is Fredrick Backman. I also loved Remarkably Bright Creatures, On Earth We’re Briefly Gorgeous, and Sophie’s World as coming-of-age stories.
Prefer stories that center under-represented groups and/or unconventional plot lines. Open to both fiction and nonfiction.
