Hey y’all, looking for non fiction book recommendations. Love real estate and self improvement, but feel like I’ve read all of the main content. Moved to biographies and really enjoyed the Power Broker, Arnold Schwarznegger’s books, Sam Walton’s biography, and American Sniper.
