This book is my absolute favourite #1 book in the whole world(so far) and it is 'This Woven Kingdom' by Tahereh Mafi.
It has to be the most descriptive, decadent book I have ever read. I know that 'Shatter me'; that she also wrote, is much more popular and loved, and I am definitely NOT the exception to that, but I do believe that 'This Woven Kingdom' is better.
It's still very fantasy based while still having romance(Yayyyy) as a side plot. It's also an unfinished series(I NEED the next book) that has the slowest slow-burn ever (I'm literally still crying over the fact they haven't PROPERLY kissed yet) and more than one option(You'll know what I mean).
It's currently got 3 books and I reallly hope someone reads it so we can yap together 🙂
I think it would be good for fans of 'Shatter Me' (That one is a little more dystopian tho), 'An Ember in the Ashes' or 'The Kinder Poison'.
