I recently read book called "the Dutch house" that I really enjoyed. The main characters are a brother and sister, and their relationship is a big part of the story.
It kind of stuck out to me because I feel like I haven't read a lot of books where sibling dynamics are a main focus, and especially where the siblings in question are a brother and sister.
I'm not very well read, so don't worry about recommending well known books.
Books with more than two siblings are fine, also huge bonus if the book is about/features twins.

Oh man, “We Were Liars” by E. Lockhart has some intense sibling/cousin dynamics that might scratch that itch. The relationships between the main characters are super complex and messy in the best way
Also if you’re into fantasy at all, “The Priory of the Orange Tree” has this really compelling brother-sister relationship woven throughout, though it’s a chunky read so heads up on that
Ian McEwan, The cement garden
The Prince of Tides by Pat Conroy. Before We Were Yours by Lisa Wingate.
