What to read next?

I've never been a big reader but the last few months I'm been super into reading and challenging myself. I love westerns and realized those are my favorite books to read. I read true grit and Hondo recently and loved them. I'm also a songwriter so anything to help my vocabulary is also what I look for. Someone told me to read blood meridian next. Are there any other suggestions? Doesn't have to be a western. Just looking for good books that I might like based off what I've read. Thanks.
