Hey! Iām 25F and on a journey to get into reading more often.
I donāt think Iāve read a book the whole way through since I was about 16, Iām sorry if that offends anyone š I know itās not great BUT Iām here now.
Iām a massive fan of the Harry Potter films but have never read the books⦠soooo I got myself the collection of books, given that I love the films so much I thought that the book collection was a great place to start and Iām loving it so far (It is true, the books are better).
Hereās where I need your help, starting with Harry Potter was easy because I knew I would love it but there are āgenresā that I am quite interested in, but have no idea where to start. Two would be;
Vampires (I love the vampire diaries)
Sweet or āØspicy⨠romance
Despite the above, I am fully open to any suggestions!
I think Iām more of a fiction girl, but Iām more than happy to give non-fiction a try as well.
Pretty please can you share some books that you love and recommend for a 25-year-old female? If you could let me know a small summary and why you love the books so much that would be amazing š©·
Thank you!!! x

Hey hi,
Author Here –
My stories are very character-driven, and each one focuses on ordinary people navigating quiet but meaningful moments in life.
The characters are often everyday individualsāa tired parent, a lonely traveler, a hopeful dreamer, a couple on the edge of changeāpeople you might pass by without noticing, yet who carry deep emotions inside. I try to show them at turning points in their lives, where a small decision, memory, or interaction subtly reshapes them.
They arenāt perfect heroes; theyāre flawed, introspective, and real. What connects them is their search for connection, belonging, or understandingāsometimes with others, and sometimes with themselves. I want readers to see a piece of their own lives in these characters and feel that quiet recognition that lingers even after the story ends.
